Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Item must be unused and unworn
- Item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached
- Item must be in the same condition as when you received it
- You must have the receipt or proof of purchase
Items That Cannot Be Returned
The following items are non-returnable:
- Custom-made products – Frames with bespoke modifications or engravings
- Prescription lenses – Unless there is a manufacturing defect or error in prescription
- Sale items – Items purchased at a discounted price (unless faulty)
- Gift cards – Cannot be returned or exchanged for cash
- Items damaged by the customer – Due to misuse, accidents, or improper care
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at rajopticalservices.ltd@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Receive Confirmation: We will review your request and send you return instructions within 1-2 business days.
- Ship Your Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided.
- Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method
- Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style:

- Exchanges are subject to product availability
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
- Provide photos of the defect or damage
- We will arrange a free return collection and send a replacement or full refund
Prescription Errors
If there is an error with your prescription lenses:
- We will remake your lenses free of charge
- Please provide a copy of your original prescription for verification
- Errors must be reported within 30 days of delivery
Return Shipping Costs
- Change of mind returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Faulty/damaged items: We cover return shipping costs
- Our error: We cover return shipping costs
