Processing & Delivery Times

Frames Only:

Non-Prescription Lenses:
📦 Delivery within 1–3 business days

Standard Prescription Lenses:
📦 Delivery within 1–4 business days

Specialist Lenses:
📦 Delivery within 4–14 business days

Please note: Processing times may vary during holidays, promotions, and periods of high volume.

Shipping Costs

  • Free delivery on orders over £40

  • Orders under £40: shipping cost calculated at checkout


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel’s progress.

Delivery Address Requirements

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete before placing your order.
We are unable to modify the address once the order has been processed.

If a parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges.

Delays / Delivery Issues

If your order appears delayed or tracking shows no movement, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier.
